Webhooks

Webhooks allow business to receive real-time HTTP notifications of changes to specific objects. For example, WhatsApp could send business a notification when a user sends a message or when a message template's status has changed.

Business have to provide a callback URL on which the necessary notification will be forwarded. The Template related notifications will be provided in the real-time basis and will be forwarded immediately to the callback URL as we received from Meta.

A new set of Webhooks with respect to WhatsApp templates are available, which can be configured on the SmartTA platform. Businesses must separately subscribe for WhatsApp Template webhooks, to receive the real time notification in case of any changes in WhatsApp Template Status and Template Quality.
