Template Message

To send a template message, you must use an approved WhatsApp template. WhatsApp templates can be created using the SmartTA Dashboard. Your created templates are submitted to WhatsApp for approval. Once WhatsApp approves a template, you’ll be able to use it to send template message.

Note: WhatsApp template names must be unique and should be in small letters only and must not exceed 100 characters.
Additionally, the optional metadata fields messageId and brd (campaign name) must also not exceed 100 characters.
